TRUST & INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

Kramavect Infra Labs Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website for business enquiries. This notice explains what we collect, why we use it and how you can contact us. Our services focus on enterprise cloud migration and infrastructure modernization.

1. Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, work email, company, workload scope, project context and your agreement to this notice. Please provide only information needed to discuss your project. Do not include passwords, access tokens, production records, sensitive personal information or confidential customer data.

2. Why we use your information

We use enquiry details to assess your requirements, reply to you, arrange discussions and prepare a proposal when requested. We also use limited security information to protect the service from abuse. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any separate marketing use would require its own notice and appropriate permission.

The form asks for your consent to this enquiry processing. Where applicable law permits other grounds for necessary business correspondence, security, legal obligations or establishing and defending legal claims, we use those grounds only for the relevant purpose.

3. Service providers and security

We use infrastructure, edge security, and enterprise communication providers to operate this website, protect it from abuse, and receive and respond to business enquiries. These providers may process the enquiry information you submit and limited technical request information, such as IP address, device and browser details, timestamps, and security signals, where needed to provide their services. Their processing is subject to applicable service terms and data protection arrangements. Security verification, where enabled, may use device information or browser storage. We do not sell enquiry data or use it for advertising.

4. International processing and disclosure

We operate from India. Our infrastructure, edge security, and enterprise communication providers may process information in other countries as part of their services. We assess applicable transfer requirements and use appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards. We may disclose information to these providers, professional advisers, or competent authorities where necessary and lawful.

5. Retention

Our intended retention period for an enquiry that does not become an engagement is up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless a shorter period is requested or longer retention is necessary for legal obligations or claims. Engagement records follow the applicable contract and legal retention requirements. We review information when it is no longer needed and arrange deletion in line with applicable retention requirements and provider backup cycles.

6. Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask us to explain our use of your data, provide access or a summary, correct inaccurate information, erase data where appropriate, or withdraw consent for future enquiry processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed, and may prevent us from continuing the discussion. Where applicable, you may exercise grievance, nomination and other rights available under Indian law or rights under the laws of your location.

Send requests or grievances to the Privacy & Data Protection contact below. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. We will acknowledge your request and respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also contact the competent regulator or Data Protection Board when the relevant legal provisions and complaint mechanism apply.

7. India DPDP framework

Our privacy practices are designed with awareness of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. The framework has phased commencement dates. We apply requirements as they become legally applicable and keep this notice and our operational controls under review. This notice does not assert a certification or regulatory approval.

8. Cookies, analytics and children

The application does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or local storage. Edge security providers may process technical signals as described above. This is a business services website intended for adults; we do not knowingly solicit personal data from children under 18. Contact us if a child has submitted information.

9. Security and changes

We use HTTPS, access controls, server-side validation and abuse prevention. Report suspected vulnerabilities through our Security Disclosure page without sending exploit payloads or personal data.
